and reciting that William Lang executor of Robert's will died soon after and own executor then died, that Mary Lang took letters of administration, and ordering that because of William's great hazard and pains in recovering and preserving the estate Mary should pay Edward Yarde the elder £1,500 in satisfaction of parishe's c1aims on Lang estate, and Yarde with advice and consent of churchwardens to buy land and issues to be directed as in will, parishe's cost of suit paid out of £1,500, if land fals in value same not chargeable on any other trustees of charity but each trustee answerable only for what he or his agent receives, and reciting that Margery Luscombe is tenant for life of freehold estate of Yeollands and Wellbrooke tenements in South Brent, Luscombe family inheritance, now for £649 10s., part of' £1,500, Margery, Robert, Peter and Robert Luscombe to levy a fine of Yeollands and Wellbrooke to Simon for use of Yard, Yard and Lang
